The base four-cylinder model, which was added to the lineup for 2009, now offers a power tilt/slide moonroof, and the Base V6 model now offers a backup camera with a monitor in the multi-information display.

Corolla Gains Star Safety System for 2010

Toyota has enhanced the safety and value of the Corolla for 2010 by making Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) with Traction Control (TRAC) standard on all models. The addition of these two features allow all Corolla models to come standard with Toyota’s Star Safety System™, which also includes an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist.

Transformed Model for Full-Size Sedans

The 2010 Toyota Avalon, now in its third generation, established a new model for full-size sedans when the first-generation model was first introduced in 1995. Avalon provides an exceptionally roomy and comfortable cabin – including 40.9 inches of rear legroom – but with far better driving dynamics than customers had experienced with “traditional” full-size models.
