CHERRY HILL, N.J., June 3, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported the Company's best May sales ever with 18,436 total units sold. Retail sales were up 13% over the same month in 2007, driven by strong consumer demand.

Subaru's Reports Record April Sales

May 5 , 2008 [Australia] -- Subaru has achieved a new April sales record of 3158 vehicles, according to official VFACTS figures released today.

Passing the previous record of 3015 set in April 2005, it puts Subaru sales 16.5 per cent ahead of the same month last year.

New generation Subaru Forester sold 1107, up 22.6 per cent on last April, while Subaru Tribeca sales of 201 were up 86.1 per cent on the same month last year and ahead 61.3 per cent year-to-date (YTD).

Subaru Impreza sold 952, up 36.8 per cent on last April and 29.0 per cent YTD.

Subaru Liberty (Subaru Legacy) sales of 478 and Outback of 420, rounded out Subaru’s total.

CHERRY HILL, N.J., May 1, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported April sales of 16,771 total units -- a record for the month of April. Retail sales were up 22% over the same month in 2007, driven by strong consumer demand.

Both the Subaru Forester and Subaru Legacy model lines recorded substantial gains over the same period last year. The newly introduced 2009 model year Subaru Forester was up 49 percent while the Subaru Legacy was up 32 percent. Sales of all Subaru model lines were up while Forester and Subaru Impreza totals represent records for the month of April.

CHERRY HILL, N.J., April 1, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported March sales of 16,685 total units. Retail sales were up 1% over March 2007, while fleet deliveries were lower than at the same time in 2007. Fleet deliveries are expected to be made up later in the year.

Both the Impreza and Legacy model lines recorded gains over the same period last year. The 2009 model year arrived in dealerships the last week of the month and sales were reported as brisk.

CHERRY HILL, N.J., March 3, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported February sales of 12,907 total units. With retail sales higher than February 2007, both the Subaru Impreza and Subaru Legacy model lines recorded gains over the same period last year.

Sales of Subaru vehicles are up over the same period in 2007, led by strong sales of the company's Impreza, Legacy sedan and Tribeca models. February retail sales (not including fleet sales) improved over 9.6% versus prior year. Fleet deliveries are expected to be made up later in the year.

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported November sales of 14,868 units. Sales of the all-new 2008 Subaru Impreza posted a November record up 9 percent over the same period last year, while the redesigned Subaru Tribeca also posted a double digit gain.
