New Lancia Delta Is Unveiled on the Web on Second Life

Turin, 20 February 2008 -- Lancia chooses the Internet to unveil the preview of its new and eagerly awaited Lancia Delta, with a communication strategy which starts with the Delta Project website and involves the Lancia Village on Second Life.
The Internet as an instrument of international communication and togetherness, without boundaries. The Internet as a “place” accessible to everyone, which allows users to enjoy the same Delta experience as only those who attend the International Shows can enjoy, before the commercial launch planned for the month of June: starting to get to know the car, discovering its details and major features.
The Lancia Village Opens on Second Life
Turin, 24 January, 2008 -- Lancia is once again making use of all the web’s interactive potential to communicate its values.
An island with the unmistakable shape of Italy for a brand that not only contributes to the circulation of Italian-made goods in the real world, but now, with elegance and determination, occupies a place in the virtual world as well.
The island’s architecture reflects the values and attitude of Lancia cars, an elaborate space constructed by experts, a place where the brand is revealed to visitors from an amusing new viewpoint.
The island will be opened at 6 p.m. at a press conference reserved for journalists who will be able to discover all the secrets of the Lancia Village and what events are scheduled on the island in upcoming months.
