AURORA, ONTARIO, Canada, May 5, 2008 – Cosma International and Decoma International, two operating units of Magna International Inc., have received the General Motors 2007 Supplier of the Year award for their significant contributions to GM’s global product and performance achievements. The 16th annual awards – themed the “Best of the Best” -- were given during ceremonies Saturday, April 26, at the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel in Jacksonville, Fla.

Tuesday, March 4, 2008: Aston Martin has today announced a partnership with automotive specialists Magna Steyr which will see the company’s four-door Aston Martin Rapide built at a dedicated facility in Graz in Austria.

The decision to outsource production of this incremental model has been taken because Aston Martin is currently enjoying unprecedented levels of success from an increasing number of markets around the world. Magna Steyr Expands Presence in India

PUNE, INDIA, January 18, 2007 — Magna Steyr, an operating unit of Magna International Inc., is expanding its presence in India by opening a new engineering and research & development office in Pune. The new office currently accommodates 70 employees, and Magna Steyr plans to recruit approximately 200 additional automotive engineers in the next few months to enhance its global Engineering and Research & Development functions.

Magna International Announces 2008 Outlook

AURORA, ON, Jan. 16, 2008 /PRNewswire - FirstCall/ -- Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG.A; NYSE: MGA) announced today its financial outlook for 2008 (All amounts are in U.S. dollars).

For the full year 2008, we expect consolidated sales to be between $24.9 billion and $26.2 billion, based on full year 2008 light vehicle production volumes of approximately 14.4 million units in North America and approximately 15.6 million units in Europe. Full year 2008 average dollar content per vehicle is expected to be between $855 and $885 in North America and between $440 and $465 in Europe. We expect full year 2008 complete vehicle assembly sales to be between $3.6 billion and $3.9 billion.

Magna International to Build MINI Sports Activity Vehicle for BMW Group

AURORA, ON, Dec. 7, 2007 /PRNewswire - FirstCall/ -- Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG.A, NYSE: MGA) confirmed that, as announced by BMW Group earlier this week, its Magna Steyr unit will be responsible for serial development and production of the MINI Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). At current exchange rates, Magna expects its annualized sales associated with the program to be in excess of US $1 billion, once the program reaches full production. The MINI SAV will be the second new vehicle program produced by Magna Steyr for BMW Group. Magna Steyr has been the sole production source of the BMW X3 since the launch of the vehicle in 2003, and expects to continue to produce the BMW X3 until the end of the current vehicle program.

Highlights from New Magna Windsor Modules, CAW Agreement

TORONTO, Nov. 8 /CNW/ -- Two hundred and fifty Magna workers at Windsor Modules voted overwhelmingly in favour of their first collective agreement negotiated by the CAW, voting in favour of joining the union under the Framework of Fairness on November 7, 2007. According to CAW President Buzz Hargrove, this group will be the first of many to join the union.

Wage Increases

- Immediate $3 an hour raise for all production members plus a wage increase of 50 cents at six months of service and an additional 50 cents at 1 year of service.

First Group of Magna Workers Join CAW Under the Framework of Fairness

WINDSOR, ON, Nov. 7 /CNW/ - The more than 250 workers at Windsor Modules, a division of Magna, have voted overwhelmingly in favour of a first collective agreement negotiated by the Canadian Auto Workers union and to join the union under the Framework of Fairness agreement (FFA).

CAW President Buzz Hargrove congratulated the workers on their first union agreement. "I'd like to welcome this group of workers to the CAW, the first of many Magna workers whom I believe will vote to join our union."
