General Motors Announces Quarterly Dividend
DETROIT, 2008-05-06 -- General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM) today announced a second-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share on GM common stock.
The dividend is payable June 10, 2008, to holders of record as of May 16, 2008.
The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarter.

Annual General Meeting of Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft Approves Substantial Dividend Increase
Hamburg, 24 April 2008 -- The shareholders present and represented at the 48th Annual General Meeting of Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft approved a substantial dividend increase for the 2007 financial year in Hamburg on Thursday.
The proposal by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board to pay a dividend of € 1.80 (previous year: € 1.25) per ordinary share and € 1.86 (previous year: € 1.31) per preferred share was accepted by a majority of 99,99 percent of the votes cast. € 720 million was therefore appropriated from the net profit of Volkswagen AG of € 745 million for distribution to the shareholders.

Chrysler makes capital investment of $34.9 million in the facility, with $10 million in future upgrades
Yucca, Ariz., Nov 5, 2007 - Chrysler LLC dedicated its new Arizona Proving Ground (APG) with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 2. The Chrysler facility, located on the former Ford proving ground lands in Yucca, Ariz., represents a $34.9 million capital investment. Chrysler will make an additional $10 million in facility upgrades.
