In the first five months of 2008, Ford of Europe sold 828,300 units in its 51 markets, an increase of 2.3 percent

COLOGNE, Germany, June 12, 2008 – Ford of Europe's business momentum continued through May despite the challenging economic environment. Year-to-date sales in the company's 51 markets have risen by 18,400, to 828,300 vehicles – an increase of 2.3 percent compared with the same period last year.

* Ford maintained year-to-date market leadership in the UK, Spain and Turkey
* Russian sales increased by more than 36 percent in May

COLOGNE, Germany, May 15, 2008 – Ford of Europe's business momentum continued with another strong sales month in April.

Highlights:
* Sales in Germany soared by more than 25 percent and in France by 27 percent
* Monthly sales record in Russia and in commercial vehicles

Ford sales in the Euro 19 countries were up by 6.4 percent to 129,500 units, for a market share of 8.1 percent. When sales in Russia, Turkey and the 30 Ford European Direct Markets are added, Ford of Europe's sales for April totaled 161,140 units, an increase of 8 percent over the same month last year.

Ford Donations to East London Youth Footballers Reach £230,000

DAGENHAM, Essex, April 29, 2008 – A Thames Gateway community scheme, which uses football to help tackle social issues in the area, has benefitted from a further £20,000 donation from Ford.

The Thames Gateway Youth Football Project has received a total of £230,000 from the UK car and commercial vehicle market leader's charitable arm over the last eight years.

In that time Ford Dagenham, the capital's largest manufacturing employer, has seen diesel production rise to over 1,000,000 engines a year – and an extra 500 manufacturing specialists have been recruited.

Ford's sophisticated tyre pressure monitoring systems detect when a tyre is deflating, and trigger in-car warning systems that enable the driver to stop and check.

Ford Craiova Takes Its Place in Ford Motor Company Manufacturing Plant Network

Craiova/Cologne, March 21, 2008 – Ford Motor Company today became the majority owner of the former Automobile Craiova vehicle manufacturing complex in Romania.

At a ceremony in the plant, the documents completing the sale were signed by the chief negotiators for each side – Mr. Sebastian Vladescu, President of the privatisation committee for Automobile Craiova and Mr. Lyle Watters, Director of Business Strategy, Ford of Europe.

Traian Basescu, President of Romania, Calin Popescu-Tariceanu, Prime Minister of Romania and John Fleming, President and CEO, Ford of Europe were in Craiova today to witness the ceremony.

COLOGNE, Germany, March 12, 2008 – Ford of Europe's growth momentum continued in February with year-over-year sales in its main 21 markets increasing by 5.4 percent to 125,500 units. The company's market share was 8.1 percent.

This strong performance, driven by its acclaimed new models, boosted the company's year-to-date sales by 3.3 percent to 267,900 vehicles.

The Focus was Ford's most popular model in February with sales totaling 32,800. This was followed by the Fiesta with sales of 24,900, while the Ford Fusion added a further 9,950 units.

Ford of Europe Welcomes Early European Commission Decision on Automobile Craiova Privatisation

COLOGNE/ BUCHAREST, February 27, 2008 – Ford of Europe welcomes today's announcement by the European Commission that it has closed its investigation into the privatisation process of Automobile Craiova in Romania, thus clearing the way for Ford's purchase of the vehicle manufacturing facility.

The purchase of the plant will be finalised following the ratification of the special law for the privatisation of Automobile Craiova which is before the Romanian Parliament. The special law is expected to be ratified on March 4, 2008.

Ford of Europe Sales Defy Industry Trend to Rise 1.5 Per Cent in January 2007

COLOGNE, February 11, 2008 – Ford of Europe made a positive start to 2008, increasing sales in its main 21 markets by 1.5 per cent, to 142,460. In a reduced overall market, Ford's January share was at 9.0 per cent.

Highlights:

This marks an increase of 60 per cent compared to the previous year and a sales record. COLOGNE, January 10, 2008 – With demand increasing for its stylish new models, Ford of Europe's sales soared by an impressive 93,500 units in 2007 to a record 1,833,600, a rise of 5.4 per cent on the previous year. Market share improved to 8.9 per cent.

Ford of Europe sold 1,463,630 cars in 2007, an increase of 4.1 per cent across its main 21 markets. Commercial vehicle sales leapt 10.9 per cent to a record 369,985, beating the previous record of 333,570 set in 2006.

Cologne, December 17, 2007 – Ford of Europe is confirming its plan to deliver an exciting all-new, high performance Focus RS model for launch in 2009. A design image released by the company today hints at the exciting direction the new model is taking.
