Ford of Canada Announces Three-Year Contract with CAW
Contract Comes Four Months before Deadline
OAKVILLE, Ontario, May 4, 2008 – For the first time in its history, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited has reached a collective bargaining agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) more than four months before the current contract expires. Ford employees represented by the CAW ratified the new deal in a vote held today.
Highlights:
* Three-year collective bargaining agreement covering more than 9,000 employees reached after unprecedented bargaining process.
* Employees ratify the unique-to-Canada deal four months before the current contract expires on September 16, 2008.
* Base wages remain stable during the life of the contract and a 'new hire' wage rate is established for first three years of employment.
Land Rover Canada Realigns Prices across Model Range
BRAMALEA, ON, May 1, 2008 -- Land Rover Canada today announced price realignment on the MSRP on all 2008 Land Rover models offered in Canada.
"We have been monitoring the market carefully and we believe the timing is right to take this step." said Gary Moyer, president of Land Rover Canada. "This action is the right thing to do for the customer given the direction the current exchange rate fluctuation has taken."

2008 Ford F-Series Drives Increased 2008 March Truck Sales for Ford of Canada
OAKVILLE, Ontario, April 1, 2008 – The venerable Ford F-Series line of pick up trucks continues to deliver segment-leading results for Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited with a 12 per cent sales increase last month. Record March sales were also marked for the Ford Edge and Ford Escape.

Ford Credit Canada Limited Announces Retail Securitization Transaction
DEARBORN, Mich., March 31, 2008 – Ford Credit Canada Limited announced today that it completed a securitization of a pool of retail conditional sale contracts, receiving immediately available proceeds of approximately $1.0 billion (Canadian).
Under the securitization transaction, a newly established trust sponsored by Ford Credit Canada purchased a pool of retail conditional sale contracts from Ford Credit Canada. The trust financed the purchase by issuing asset-backed notes to third parties.

Six Ford models set all-time February sales records
OAKVILLE, Ontario, March 3, 2008 – February's heavy precipitation has not dampened the pace of sales at Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, with many vehicles seeing significant double-digit increases compared to last February. In fact, six models hit February sales records, including Canadian-built crossovers Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX.

* Ford Edge sales increase 98%, for its best February on record
* Ford Escape sales rise 86%, marking its best February on record
* Ford Escape Hybrid up 66%, making this its best February ever
* Ford Fusion up 11%, for its best February ever

Ford of Canada Truck Sales Up 3%
Led by Ford F-Series, truck sales momentum continues into November
OAKVILLE, Ontario, December 3, 2007 – November proved to be another winning month for Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, where truck sales increased three per cent. Not to be outdone, Ford cars also saw a rise in sales in November – namely the newly redesigned Ford Focus and Ford Taurus.
