KARIYA, Japan, June 25, 2008 - DENSO Corporation today announced management changes, which were voted upon at today's shareholders meeting. These changes are effective today.

New Directors appointed to the Board:

KARIYA (Japan), May 13, 2008 - DENSO Corporation (the "Company") today announced the outcome of the repurchase of its own shares through the Tokyo Stock Exchange's ToSTNet-3.

Descriptions
(1) Reasons for the repurchase:
To raise shareholder value and to prepare for timely and flexible capital policy measures under a changing business environment.
(2) Type of shares : Common stock of the Company
(3) Number of shares repurchased: 3,900,000 shares
(4) Purchase price: 3,620 Japanese yen per share

DENSO Corporation to Consolidate Asia, Oceania Regional Headquarters and Aftermarket Sales Company in Singapore

KARIYA (Japan), March 28, 2008 - DENSO Corporation announced today that on April 1 it will consolidate DENSO International Asia Pte. Ltd. (DIAS), DENSO's Singapore-based regional headquarters for the Asia and Oceania region, and DENSO International Singapore Pte. Ltd. (DISP), DENSO's Singapore-based subsidiary that is responsible for sales of aftermarket products in the Asia and Oceania and Middle East regions.
The consolidated company, DIAS, will oversee operations, including finance and distribution for DENSO group companies in Asia and Oceania, and aftermarket sales operations in the Asia and Oceania and Middle East regions.

DENSO Corporation to Establish a New Company in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan to Manufacture Car Air Conditioning Systems

Mar 19, 2008, KARIYA, Japan - DENSO Corporation announced today that it will establish a new company in Tamura-shi, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan in April, to manufacture car air conditioning systems. The new company - DENSO East Japan Corporation- will have an initial capital investment of 2.6 billion yen (approximately US$25 million). Start of operations is scheduled for January 2010. DENSO expects investment in the new company to total 16 billion yen (approximately US$153 million) by fiscal year 2015, and projects sales of approximately 30 billion yen (approximately US$286 million) in fiscal year 2015.

DENSO Begins Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communication Tests on Public Roads in Japan

Feb 4, 2007, KARIYA, Japan -- DENSO Corporation announced today that it will begin tests of vehicle-to-vehicle communication systems on public roads in Abashiri, Hokkaido, Japan in April. The Japanese government's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) approved this project as one of the special deregulation zone projects for ubiquitous Internet networking.

Vehicle-to-vehicle communication allows vehicles to interact with each other via radio waves by sending and receiving information. This technology is expected to improve traffic safety, such as in the prevention of vehicle collisions.

Global Consolidated Net Sales rise 10.9 percent

Jan 31, 2008, Kariya (Japan) -DENSO Corporation today announced global financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007:

• Consolidated net sales totaled 1,029.2 billion yen (US$9.0 billion), a 10.9 percent increase from the previous year.
• Consolidated operating income totaled 104.1 billion yen (US$909.6 million), a 16.9 percent increase from the previous year.
• Consolidated net income totaled 73.8 billion yen (US$644.3 million), a 19.5 percent increase from the previous year.

The competition was held in Shizuoka prefecture, Japan, Nov. 14-21.

DENSO participants competed in five categories - Mould Making,*1 Manufacturing Team Challenge,*2 Mobile Robotics,*3 CNC Turning,*4 and Industrial Control.*5 Participants won gold medals in Mould Making and Mobile Robotics and silver medals in Manufacturing Team Challenge and CNC Turning.

DENSO WAVE to Relocate to New Building

Oct 22, 2007, KARIYA (Japan) - DENSO Corporation announced today that it will construct a new office building on the premises of its Agui Plant located in Agui-cho, Chita-gun, Aichi prefecture, Japan, to house DENSO WAVE, Inc. DENSO WAVE will transfer its operations, including development design and administration, from DENSO headquarters to the new building in April 2009.

Construction for the new office building is scheduled to begin in May 2008 with completion in March 2009. The total building investment will be approximately 2.6 billion yen (approximately US$22.5 million).

DENSO to Host News Conference, Exhibit at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show

Worldwide President and CEO to Speak at News Conference

Oct. 16, 2007, KARIYA (Japan) - DENSO Corporation will exhibit at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show, West Hall Exhibit 407, at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, starting Oct. 26. Koichi Fukaya, DENSO president and CEO, will talk about DENSO's environment and safety technologies at a press briefing at the DENSO booth, on Oct. 25 at 11:30 a.m.

DENSO's exhibit will focus on new products and technologies related to safety and the environment. The exhibits in the environmental area include the 200MPa (2000 bar) diesel common rail system, planned to be commercialized in 2008; components for hybrid vehicles such as a power control unit (PCU) launched this year, and the world's first electronic variable valve timing control system.

DENSO to Consolidate DENSO Manufacturing Kitakyushu and Hiroshima Plant

Oct. 1, 2007, KARIYA (Japan) - DENSO Corporation today announced that its Hiroshima Plant located in Hiroshima prefecture, Japan will be consolidated into DENSO Manufacturing Kitakyushu Co., Ltd., DENSO's subsidiary in Fukuoka prefecture, Japan, in April 2008.

The product lineup for DENSO Manufacturing Kitakyushu includes air conditioning units, engine cooling modules, and injector components for diesel common rail systems, and the Hiroshima Plant includes radiators, air conditioning units, engine cooling modules and integrated air fuel modules. A portion of DENSO Manufacturing Kitakyushu's production of air conditioning units will be transferred to the Hiroshima Plant.
