AUBURN HILLS, Mich., July 1, 2008 -- Chrysler LLC today reported total June 2008 U.S. sales of 117,457 units, which is 36 percent below the same period last year. Total June sales reflect a continued contraction of the market, especially of pickup trucks and SUVs, continued reductions in fleet sales, and increases in Chrysler's newest highly fuel-efficient vehicles. All sales figures are reported as unadjusted.

Auburn Hills, Mich., May 19, 2008 - Chrysler LLC today extended to July 7 the Let’s Refuel America $2.99 gas guarantee program, which offers customers the opportunity to lock in their gasoline purchases at $2.99 a gallon for three years, up to 36,000 miles.

26-Story (264-foot) meteorological test tower sited at Chrysler Chelsea Proving Grounds

Chelsea, Michigan, Mar 18, 2008 - The winds in western Washtenaw County will be tested for clean energy production over the next year, beginning with construction of a 26-story meteorological tower at Chrysler LLC’s Chelsea Proving Grounds this week.

Over the next 12-18 months, energy experts from the county, the University of Michigan, and the consulting firm North Coast Wind and Power will monitor high-level winds at the site to determine if they are suitable for generating electricity.

A study by Washtenaw County found that the area around Chrysler’s Proving Grounds has the greatest potential for developing wind energy in the county.
