Nissan Motor Co. Holds 109th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
YOKOHAMA, June 25, 2008 – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today held its 109th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at the National Convention Hall of Yokohama. The meeting lasted for 2 hours 31 minutes starting from 10:00 JST and concluded at 12:31 JST. A total of 2034 shareholders attended the meeting.
President and CEO Carlos Ghosn delivered an address to the shareholders, reporting on the company’s fiscal year 2007 sales and financial performance, outlook for 2008, and the strategic vision for the next five years under the Nissan GT 2012 mid-term business plan.
Nissan proposed a 20-yen-per-share year-end dividend, giving a full-year dividend of 40 yen per share for FY2007.

Nissan Publishes Its 2008 Sustainability Report
TOKYO, June 24, 2008 -- Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. will publish its 2008 Sustainability Report on June 25, after the conclusion of its 109th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The fifth-edition of the report offers an update of Nissan's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives within the scope of nine key focus areas identified by the company.
The report includes the Nissan CSR Scorecard which tracks the progress made on annual CSR objectives. It also outlines the achievements during fiscal year 2007 and defines new targets for 2008 as part of a roadmap for continued CSR development.
The Renault Technocentre Is 10 Years Old
June 12, 2008 -- 2008 marks the tenth anniversary of the Renault Technocentre. This large-scale technological and architectural project was developed to provide Renault with benchmark status in automotive design and development. It offers its 11,500 resident employees cutting-edge resources for effectively carrying out their projects in an ultra-modern, environmentally-friendly atmosphere. In all, more than 20 vehicles have been developed there since its creation.

27 May 2008 -- SciencesPo and Renault are holding a Diversity Conference at SciencesPo Paris on May 29 , following which the two organizations will sign an agreement. This international event will be attended by world-famous academics researching diversity issues and by senior managers of major companies with experience of real-world workplace issues. The conference will be opened by SciencesPo Director Richard Descoings, and the closing address will be given by Renault’s President and CEO Carlos Ghosn, the two initiators of the project.

Nissan Announces Plan for LCV Leadership with 13 New LCVs to Be Launched during Nissan GT 2012 Period
TOKYO, May 22, 2008 – The light commercial vehicle (LCV) business will continue to be a breakthrough driver of growth during the Nissan GT 2012 mid term business plan, announced on May 13 by Nissan president and CEO Carlos Ghosn.
The company set bold commitments for the LCV business during the five years of Nissan GT 2012:
* Doubling the revenue generated by LCV sales in fiscal year 2012 compared to fiscal year 2007
* Achieving top level customer satisfaction performance in the global LCV market by 2012

TOKYO, May 13, 2008 – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., today announced financial results for the fiscal year 2007, ending March 31, 2008, and filed the following results with the Tokyo Stock Exchange:
* Net revenues of 10.824 trillion yen (US $94.62 billion, euro 66.98 billion)
* Operating profit of 790.8 billion yen (US $6.91 billion, euro 4.89 billion)
* Ordinary profit of 766.4 billion yen (US $6.70 billion, euro 4.74 billion)
* Consolidated net income of 482.3 billion yen (US $4.22 billion, euro 2.98 billion)
* Operating profit margin of 7.3%

PARIS / PUNE / TOKYO, May 12, 2008 – Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj and Mr. Carlos Ghosn, President and CEO of Renault and President and CEO of Nissan, today announced they will form a joint-venture company to develop, produce and market the car code-named ULC with a wholesale price range starting from 2500 USD . The new joint-venture company will be 50% owned by Bajaj Auto, 25% by Renault and 25% by Nissan.

March 12, 2008 -- From May 5, 2008, Katsumi Nakamura, President of Dongfeng Motor Company Ltd, Nissan’s joint venture in China, will be appointed Executive Vice President, Leader of Asia Africa Management Committee, responsibilities currently handled by Patrick Pélata, EVP, Plan, Product-Planning, Programs. He will report to Carlos Ghosn, President and CEO of Renault.
He will be a member of the Renault Group Executive Committee (CEG).
Nissan Announces Senior Global Management Changes in Japan
TOKYO, March 13, 2008 – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., today announced changes to its senior global management team in Japan. All changes are effective April 1, 2008.
