October 15, 2007, NUREMBERG, GERMANY -- Delphi has launched its new integrated multimedia system for mounting on the car's headliner, the Delphi Grundig CarCine Top Vision 840. The colour-coded system comprises a slimline DVD player as well as an 8" TFT monitor. It can be operated by either the controls on the device itself or the ergonomic infrared remote control. Infrared ports on the front and back of the CarCine Top Vision 840 mean the system can be controlled remotely from both the front and the rear of the car. The unit also includes two sets of high-quality infrared headphones for greater comfort when enjoying films or music.
