ONTARIO, Calif., April 17, 2008 – Phoenix Motorcars, a California-based electric vehicle manufacturer, recently participated at the Low Carbon Fuels 2008, a two-day event in Sacramento featuring the latest in alternative fuel technologies. Phoenix Motorcars displayed its zero-emission sport utility truck, 2008 Phoenix SUT and participated in the "Ride and Drive" activity.

"This summit was an opportunity to meet with decision makers to discuss our electric vehicle's capabilities in effectively reducing operational costs while alleviating damaging emissions," said Bryon Bliss, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Phoenix Motorcars.

Officials from the California State Senate, California Air Resource Board (CARB), California Energy Commission (CEC) and Western Governors Association took time to personally drive the Phoenix SUT. Automotive Aftermarket Associations Sue CARB Over Extended Warranty

BETHESDA, MD, January 8, 2008 – A coalition of 10 state and national aftermarket trade associations filed legal action against the California Air Resources Board (CARB) in the Superior Court of the state of California for Los Angeles County. Sacramento, Calif., Nov 28, 2007 - Chrysler is the newest member of the California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP)—the 34th member of the public-private partnership.

"Of the fuel sources on the table for long-term future use in transportation, hydrogen holds the greatest promise," said Mark Chernoby, Vice President – Advance Vehicle Engineering, Chrysler LLC. "Collaborations such as the California Fuel Cell Partnership will help engineers develop solutions for this technology at an accelerated rate."
