6th – 8th June 2008 for 7th of 18 World Championship Races

Munich/Hinwil, May 30, 2008 -- Although the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal is also labelled a street circuit, one could hardly imagine a greater contrast to the Monaco course. When Formula One gathers for the Canadian Grand Prix on 8th June, there will be no sign of the extra wings that adorned the cars in the Principality. The picturesquely sited island circuit in the mighty St Lawrence River is no permanent race track either, but it is respectably fast. To boost speed along the straights, the aerodynamic set-up is geared towards relatively low downforce.

Munich, 16 October 2007 -- The BMW Sauber F1 Team brings Formula One back to Las Vegas. For the BMW Sauber F1 Team Pit Lane Park, the new year will kick off in the same way as the current season is ending—with an overseas appearance. For the Formula One race weekend in China, the high-tech event park wowed the fans in Shanghai from October 5 to 7 with its hands-on Formula One experience. After a brief winter break it will then set off on its journey to the United States in January.
