First part of building completed

The warehouse, which has an area of 40,000 square meters, took less than one year to build and cost 28 million Euros.

The new spare parts warehouse is characterized by the transparent structure of the building, which creates a pleasant working environment with plenty of light in the storage area. The building materials used meet the latest environmental standards. A large proportion of the building’s energy and space heating requirement is covered by an environmentally friendly combined heat and power (CHP) plant.

New Shorter K&N Sprint Car Air Box for 4 Cylinder, Stack Injected Race Engines Released

Feb. 14, 2008 -- Many race car and engine builders struggle to find an air filtration solution for injector stacks. The filter must be large enough to flow enough air, must securely mount to prevent damage during a race, and yet be small enough to not obstruct the driver’s view. K&N took each of these variables into consideration when developing a new carbon fiber air box at slightly over 4 inches tall.

K&N’s new 100-8576 air box was developed in carbon fiber to attach to four inline injector stacks. Simply measure and cut holes for your 2” – 2 5/8” diameter Hilborn, Kinsler, Engler, or similar injector stacks in the carbon fiber base of the K&N air box, slip the base over the stacks, and then attach the filter top using the provided hardware.

Dodge Viper Performance Products from K&N

November 2007 -- In 1989, Dodge produced an amazing muscle machine, the Viper. With an amazing 400 HP, this first generation viper was a fast step in the right direction. With the second generation Viper, minor concessions to "luxury" appeared, such as real windows that replaced the clear vinyl side curtains. In 2003, the third generation Viper appeared with a longer wheelbase, stiffer chassis and revised suspension tuning, giving the car greater dynamic precision. The Dodge Viper just keeps getting better as we eagerly await the release of the new SRT-10 Viper in 2008 with, of course, even more horsepower; 600 to be exact.

K&N Replacement Air Filter Released for Many 2005-2008 Renault Clio III Models

Oct. 16, 2007 -- K&N Engineering has designed a replacement air filter, 33-2927, for the Renault Clio III, a popular car in Europe. The simple drop-in design makes it easy to add performance. Simply remove the disposable air filter and replace it with the new K&N replacement Air Filter.

Unlike disposable filters, K&N Air Filters use a unique pleated design with oiled cotton fabric layers sandwiched between two layers of epoxy-coated aluminum wire screens. The filters capture airborne dirt particles while allowing virtually unrestricted air flow into the engine. These dirt particles cling to the outside of the filter and become part of the filtering media.
