3-Year or 150,000 km Warranty for the Entire Renault Premium Range

Jan. 28, 2008 -- With great confidence in the implementation of the Renault Excellence Plan and the convergence of the quality results achieved on all recent vehicles, Renault is extending its warranty conditions to its entire premium range.

- 3 years – 150,000km for the European Union + Croatia, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland
- 3 years – 100,000km for other countries

This Warranty should help reassure our customers and demonstrate our confidence in the success of the New Laguna TOP3 Quality plan, covering Vel Satis and Espace, manufactured in the same plant at Sandouville in Normandy (France).

The product and service quality as a commitment

The first commitment of Renault Commitment 2009 is to place New Laguna in the Top 3 in its class for Product and Service Quality. To achieve this objective, a considerable effort has been made by the entire company. Like the New Laguna, Vel Satis and Espace are manufactured with a high level of quality never before seen at Renault. The Renault premium range must sustain the quality progress achieved on all recent vehicles, from the design and validation stages to the manufacturing and service stages.

A very attractive warranty

Available on all Espace and Vel Satis vehicles delivered since January 2nd, 2008, the Renault warranty is 3-years or 150,000 km (*) from delivery, depending on which is reached first. During the first two years, it has no mileage restrictions. Moreover, our customers benefit from a Mobility Offer, including the free lease of a replacement vehicle for all servicing during warranty (vehicle immobilised for more than one hour).

With the product and service quality on its latest vehicles hailed over the past months by the automotive press, Renault is asserting its confidence in its place among the Top 3 European carmakers with a particularly attractive warranty offer on Vel Satis and Espace.
