T-Top - An older body design in which the roof section that is directly above the front seats contains two removable panels separated by a fixed rigid bar adjoining the rest of the roof. The first U.S. production car to have a T-top was the 1968 Chevrolet Corvette coupe while one of the most popular T-tops was the 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am.
