Nissan Shareholders’ Special Benefit Plan in FY2008

TOKYO, Feb. 15, 2008 -- Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced that it has finalized a list of items under its shareholders’ special benefit plan for shareholders as of March 31, 2008, which was announced on February 1, 2008.

Items:

Eligible shareholders can choose their desired item from a choice of six as described below, including Nissan original goods (limited editions for shareholders).

1. Miniature car
2. NISSAN GT-R DVD
3. Pivo2 stuffed toy
4. Sunshade & Tote bag
5. A pair of tickets for Yokohama Marinos J. League game for one adult and child
6. Contribution to environmental conservation activities (participation in CO2 reduction activities)

More information including an application method will be provided with a notice of resolution for the 109th annual meeting for shareholders to be issued in late June 2008.
