While the agreement in no way constitutes GM's endorsement of Insignia products, it does reflect the current industry-wide emphasis on Accessory Sales and Fixed Operations profits. This licensing agreement enables Insignia to receive accessory product data directly from GM and use all GM logos, images, trade references, trademarks, etc., in support of GM ADI and Dealership OE Accessory Catalogs.
Insignia e-catalogs support in-dealership accessory sales with accurate, up-to-date product, installation and availability information. Insignia software applies individual dealer business rules to accessory pricing, ensuring consistent pricing through all departments of the dealership. Dynamic next-generation vehicle-configurators allow customers to see the dealership accessories on their selected vehicle, in full-color and often with 360-degree rotation.
Offering more than catalogs, Insignia is an integrated Whole Dealership process for increasing profits through Accessory Sales. Signature Insignia Customer Service supports dealer pricing and installation information, which is automatically shared throughout affiliate dealers' organizations. Accurate Insignia Accessory Catalogs go beyond lists and numbers. Like all Insignia efforts, they are developed to solve dealership problems and are continually enhanced in response to customer feedback, inspiring staff participation and increased accessory sales.
Insignia affiliate e-catalogs currently include GM (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Hummer, Pontiac), Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Scion, and Mazda with more brands in the pipeline. Insignia is headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
