1:00 p.m. - Golf
6:00 p.m. - "Welcome" party on patio

Saturday, September 13
8:30 a.m. - Countryside Tour departs
10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Fashion Show and Brunch at Glenmoor Country Club sponsored by Dillard's Department Stores
1:30 p.m. - Countryside Tour participants return (approximate)
5:00 p.m. - Cocktail reception for artists on rear lawn of Glenmoor Country Club
7:00 p.m. - Gala Dinner in Glenmoor Country Club Chapel Dining Room

7:30 a.m. - Show field open to car exhibitors
8:30 a.m. - Motorcar Portfolio Grande Salon sales tent open for concours participants preview
9:30 a.m. - Judging begins
10:00 a.m. - Concours and art exhibition open to public & Motorcar Portfolio Grande Salon sales tent open to the public
11:30 a.m. - Judging concludes
1:30 p.m. - Narrated awards pass-in-review begins
4:00 p.m. - Show conclusion
4:30 p.m. - Afterglow Party for car exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers
