Simple Ford Focus Performance Upgrades

K&N REPLACEMENT AIR FILTERS
K&N Replacement Air Filter, 33-2877, is designed to replace the original disposable air filter in the 2005 to 2007 Ford Focus C-Max, 2007 European Ford Focus II (built before 07/07) and 2004 Ford Focus C-Max with a 2.0 liter engine. The 2007 Ford Focus C-Max, 2007 Ford Focus II (built before 07/07) and 2004 Ford Focus C-Max with a 1.8 liter engine will benefit from this high flow filter. The 33-2877 will also fit the 2003 to 2007 Ford Focus C-Max and 2004 to 2007 Ford Focus II models with a 1.6L engine, 2004 to 2007 Ford Focus II with a 1.4L engine.

2005 to 2007 Ford Focus and Focus II models with the 2.0 liter diesel engine, 2004 Ford Focus C-Max with the 2L diesel engine and 2007 Ford Focus C-Max and Ford Focus II models (built before 07/07) with the 1.8L engine use K&N’s 33-2886 air filter. The 33-2886, like all K&N Air Filters, is backed by a million mile limited warranty and will be the last air filter your Ford Focus will ever need.

K&N’s lifetime air filter 33-2874 was designed for the 2004 to 2007 Ford Focus C-Max with the 1.6 liter diesel engine and European Focus II with a 1.6 liter diesel engine.

The 33-2266 fits the 2000 to 2005 Ford Focus RS with 2.0 liter turbo engine. 2000 to 2004 Ford Focus owners with the 2.0 liter dual overhead cam (DOHC) and single overhead cam engines use the 33-2819 for performance. This replacement air filter will also fit the 2000 to 2004 Ford Focus SVT with the 2.0 liter engine and 1998 to 2003 Ford Focus with 99 BHP (British horsepower) and 74 BHP engines.

K&N PERFORMANCE AIR INTAKES
K&N Air Intake Systems 69-3512TP and 69-3512TR were designed to fit the 2003 to 2007 Ford Focus with a 2.3 liter engine. Testing shows that the 69-3512TP, with a polished aluminum intake tube, and 69-3512TR, with a red powder coated tube, gain 8.6 more horsepower @ 5773 RPM. The 2003 to 2005 Ford Focus with the 2.3L engine may also use the 57-2559 which gains 11.85HP @ 5797 RPM with its non-metallic intake tube design.

2007 and 2008 Ford Focus PZEV (Partially Zero-Emissions Vehicle) models with the 2.0 liter engines gain 5.24 @ horsepower @ 5400 RPM with K&N’s 69-3513TTK intake system.

K&N’s performance air intake 57-2526-2 was designed for the 2000 to 2004 Ford Focus with the 2.0 liter DOHC (Duel Overhead Cam) engine. The 57-2526-2 gains 3.26 horsepower @ 5100 RPM. 2000 to 2003 Ford Focus models with a 2.0 liter DOHC (Duel Overhead Cam) engine may also use the 69-3510TP or 69-3510TB intake kit. The 69-3510TP has a polished aluminum intake tube and the 69-3510TB has a blue powder coated tube.

The 69-4000TS and 69-4000TB was designed to smooth and straighten airflow for the 1998 to 2004 European Ford Focus with a 128BHP (British Horsepower) engine. The 69-4000TS has a silver powder coated metal intake tube and the 69-4000TB has a blue powder coated metal tube.

The 2003, 2004 and 2005 European Ford Focus ST170 and SVT models with the 2.0 liter engine use K&N’s 69-3511TP, which has a polished aluminum intake tube, and 69-3511TR, which has a red powder coated tube. Both of these intakes gain 5.6HP @ 5000 RPM. The 2003 to 2005 Ford Focus SVT models with the 2L engine may also use the 57-2547, non-metallic intake, gaining 5.48 more horsepower @ 6500 RPM.
