Affinia Group Announces Changes to Investor, Public Relations Structure

Ann Arbor, MI., January 30, 2008 -- Affinia Group Inc., a global leader in the on- and off-highway replacement products and service industry, has announced changes to their investor, government and public relations leadership as a result of the departure from the company of Mark Trinske, former Director of Investor, Public & Government Relations.

With Trinske’s departure, Tom Kaczynski, Affinia Group’s Corporate Treasurer will assume responsibility for investor relations, and Director of Corporate Communications Scott Howat will take over the direction of the company’s public relations efforts.

Mr. Kaczynski will maintain his current role as Corporate Treasurer while managing investor relations duties. Mr. Howat, who has served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Affinia since the company’s inception, also will retain his current role in addition to the management of the company’s public relations activities.
