BorgWarner Declares $0.11/Share Quarterly Dividend
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 21, 2008 /PRNewswire - FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE:BWA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable February 15, 2008 to stockholders of record on February 1, 2008.
The dividend reflects a two-for-one stock split on December 17, 2007, and a 29% increase from the previous dividend of $0.085. BorgWarner has tripled its dividend amount over the past six years.
