Michael Heneka Appointed President of Faurecia North America

Nanterre, November 08, 2007 -- Michael T. Heneka has been appointed President of Faurecia North America. Michael takes over from James C. Orchard who has left the company to pursue another opportunity outside the Group.

"I would like to thank James for his contribution to the development of Faurecia in North America over the last three years, and I am very pleased to work with Michael in his new responsibility as President of Faurecia North America. I am confident that Michael will continue to develop Faurecia's business in a region which is strategic for the Group's international growth," said Yann Delabri�re, President and Chief Executive Officer of Faurecia.

Michael will continue in his current position as Vice President of Faurecia's Interior Systems North America Division, on an acting basis.

He is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, the Group's headquarters in North America.

Michael T. Heneka has over 30 years of automotive experience. He was previously Executive Vice President at Plastech Engineered Products, a Tier 1 manufacturer of molded plastic components. He has also held senior level positions at LDM, CJ Edwards, and Gehringer & Forsyth.
