DENSO Announces Additional Management Changes
TOKYO, May 29, 2006 - DENSO Corporation today announced additional changes to its managing officers. The changes will take place after the annual shareholders meeting on June 27, along with the management changes announced on April 27.New Managing Officer:
Kenichiro Kamai, Managing Officer
(Current General Manger of Vehicle Integrated Systems R&D Department)
Retiring Managing Officer:
Shohei Itoh (from Managing Officer)
