Delphi Drives Towards Leadership Position in Aftermarket with Expanded Range of Steering, Suspension Parts

October 15, 2007, FRANKFURT, GERMANY -- Delphi's extensive range of aftermarket steering and suspension parts has been expanded with 414 new parts. The range now includes more than 3,050 part numbers covering 95 percent of the European car parc, making it one of the most comprehensive and up to date in the European aftermarket.

"Our entire chassis product line of safety critical components is tested to Delphi's high standard of quality born from more than 100 years of rich OE heritage. In addition, we are proactively communicating this through a quality campaign targeted at distributors, garages and technicians."

Products within Delphi's range include ball joints, tie rods, wishbones, link stabilisers, track control arms, steering rack gaiters and tie rod assemblies. Vehicles now covered by the range extension include BMW X3, Chevrolet Lacetti, Daewoo Nubira II, Ford Focus II, Kia Cerato / Picanto / Sorento, Mercedes Viano, Peugeot 407 and Skoda Octavia.

Delphi's range of new power steering pumps has been increased with the addition of 30 new part numbers. The range, which now includes more than 90 part numbers, covers many European and Japanese applications. All of Delphi's power steering pumps are OE and 100 percent tested and are supplied complete with pulleys, hubs and reservoirs where required.
